I finished this mini quilt this morning and have another one 1/2 way there that I hope to share tomorrow or this weekend. This is ATC size, 2.5 x 3.5 inches and constructed with fabric, embroidery floss, glass bugle beads, yarn and fusible interfacing. I was inspired by the watery blues and greens of the background fabric and also my friend Janvangogh who has some very creative Fish ACEOs displayed on her blog!
After using Beta Blogger, I am tempted to switch back to the old version. But, I have to say I really like some of the new features with the new version. It’s more intuitive to use. I may stick with it a few more days and try to figure out how to configure all the goodies that I’ve lost. From what I understand, 3rd party applications are not currently compatible with the new beta version…so there goes You Tube applications and my flickr badge. I’ll see what I can do with it first….
