Pretty cool if you ask me. I have already been outbid on the item that I am coveting – I’m not going to tell you what it is
I’ll try again later tonight – maybe I’ll just do the buy it now feature. Act fast – the auctions close on Wednesday!
I’ll be back on Thursday,
~Cynthia

I opted for the buy it now button. I wanted to be sure that I got the Michael Kline cup that I had my eye on. It’s definitely a great sale for a great cause!

I was so very excited to see such a great group of potters join together to express their opinions, make art, and support a common goal. I have been watching the auction closely, and I am very pleased to see that much of the work is doing quite well in the bidding!
In reference to your comment on my “Buffy the Poster Chicken” posting from a few days ago: Local food, organic food, sustainable farming movement, and the ethical treatment of farm animals are all causes that I find myself feeling increasingly passionate about. I am certain that food that comes from sustainable sources is not only physically healthier for us, but also carries with it a sort of good energy that effects us in some way.
Cheers to you!

This sale has put me in touch with so many more potters too, I am having so much fun seeing all the creative work from so many people. Political collectibles have always intrigued me when I see them on the antique’s roadshow, wonder if some of these pieces will show up there some day.
