We made it home safe and sound – but extremely tired. We need a vacation from our vacation,
. At any rate, we walked our tails off all over Germany and Paris, collapsed into bed every night minds buzzing with all the sites, sounds and smells of the day. I’m happy to be home and haven’t yet edited all our photos. Not to worry, I won’t bore you with all the gory details – maybe just snippets here and there.
I have a lot of emails and other activities to catch up on, including studio work. I’m looking forward to spending some leisurely days in the studio this summer. Next weekend, I’m participating in my first farmers market, but am only going to bring ceramic jewelry. I need to take inventory and figure out how much work I have and maybe make a few new pieces in the next week.
See you Monday and Happy 4th (all you US readers)!
Cynthia

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

It is good to see you home safely and not bothered with noise from the firecrackers, etc. that are going off. Best of luck for next weekend.
Thanks Mary – we didn’t make it to any fireworks displays yesterday, but did hear plenty.
welcome back..
Yay! You are back!
Yes, I am – having bit of a tough time making myself connect again though. There’s something wonderful about disconnecting from technology, TV and current events.
did a ton of walking when i went to europe… i love that exhausted feeling when you get back to the hotel and you’ve walked for hours and eaten good food and aren’t stressed about normal life. welcome home
It is a good feeling Jim – I would love to sustain that go-go routine we developed for fear of missing out on all the sites, but alas, I’ve been a bit of a couch potato since returning.
Hope your vacation was as Jim mentioned above, welcome back.
Vacation was great – lots of good memories and quite eye opening visiting other countries.
