Funny watch…
Wow – my every other day posting has turned into every 10 days! I actually have some more journal pages to share – just need to grab my flash drive and I’m way too lazy to do that right now.
Night, from snowy chilly Denver,

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
I know the feeling! I seem to post about once a week and very briefly, at that. The thing is, by the time I have some “left-over day” I am beyond witty writing!
But the busy-ness is (mostly) all good.
Snowy there? Heatwave here!
I’ve been trying to decide whether or not to continue to limp this thing along or to cut the cord to be honest. I just don’t have the energy right now… I was going to say I don’t have anything to say, but that’s not true ;D
far out!! funny dude…..
I thought this comedian has great observations!!
hey C, what was that software you were trying out to draw with, was it both 2D and 3d?
I’m not sure what software you’re referring to – I do have adobe cs4 installed now – and I took a sketchup class (sketchup is 2d & 3d) if that’s what you mean?
mmm, not cs4 i’ll look up sketchup to see if thats what i’m looking for i’m still using appleworks graphics page… it maybe unusable in the next mac os..
Was it GIMP? It’s a free photoshop alternative. My hubby has it running on his computer – not enough memory for photoshop. GIMP runs on PCs, MACs and LInux based systems.
i think it was the google one, but its not what im looking for i’ll have a look at gimp..cheers
Hope school is going well.
School is groovy, Linda – just busy, busy, busy! It’s like juggling – as long as I can keep all the balls in the air, I’m good. The minute I drop one, I’m SOL if you know what I mean! ;D
Snowy Denver?! Whew, I feel lucky, up here in rainy, cloudy Girdwood, we can hardly believe our heat wave of nearly 50 degrees! No, wait -LET IT SNOW, we’re ready to ski
)
It’s been downright winter like this weekend Cindy! Temps below freezing – snow and over cast skies. Lots of people are celebrating – especially the skiers and that whole industry.
I’m just not quite ready yet…but it could have had something to do with the fact that I hadn’t found my winter coat and gloves yet. Found em last night – just in time for our warm up this weekend
My images are on the computer in the basement — that involves walking up and down the stairs. Thus, fewer posts.
Hope you didnt get caught in any of that nasty weather your area just had.
hehe – Janet – I’m totally with you! Our printer & scanner is in the basement and that might as well be Kansas…
I saw this video on FB but don’t know the guest. Do you know who this is? TIA
Hey Michael! It’s Louis CK http://www.louisck.net/ – funny guy…think I’m going to look for some of his DVDs at the library.
i’ve seen this video somewhere and it falls into a large category of comedy that i can’t really get myself to laugh at because what he’s saying isn’t so much a joke as an accurate observation of the way things are. i told my dad when i was young that i would never be old-fashioned like him and the adults in his generation but like him, i couldn’t see the future and was wrong.
So true, Jim – except sometimes it’s so dang funny to be able to laugh at myself and have someone point out the obvious.
